Cancellation Policy – Memecrochet

Every piece we sell is handmade and made-to-order, so whether an order can be cancelled depends on how far production has gone.

Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Email us with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation in writing.

After 24 Hours
After 24 hours production may already have started — yarn matched, pattern set, work begun. Cancellation is not guaranteed at that point. Contact us anyway: if we have not started your piece we will cancel and refund in full, and if work has begun we will tell you what stage it is at and what we can offer.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom dolls made from photos or details you submit follow the same 24-hour window. Once production starts, these cannot be cancelled — a personalized piece cannot be sold to anyone else.

Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, our Refund & Return Policy covers you: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

How to Cancel
Email admin@memecrochet.com with your order number and "cancel" in the subject line. We reply within 1 business day. Please do not rely on social media messages for cancellations — email is the only channel we track.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.

Cancellations by Us
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we cannot fulfil it, if a pricing or listing error is obvious, or if we cannot ship to the destination given. We will always contact you first.

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
